John has a solid knowledge and understanding for the need for Business Governance in an ever increasingly complicated business environment. He is passionate about people in business, encouraging them to succeed and maximise the potential in their business that will ultimately enhance the value of the Business and enhance personal lifestyle.

John believes businesses must always have a business plan and strategies to implement the plan so that they are focused on growth and profitability, including sales growth, sales culture, effective communication channels, cashflow management and business process.

John works closely with business owners and management to ensure they actively pursue excellence in both the development of the business’ sales, operations and the development of people working within the business.
