You were always on the money

Hi Kevin, Paul Hansen here. I received your latest newsletter and it reminded me to do something I’ve been meaning to do for a while – thank you.

It’s been almost a year now since we left Auckland for the change in pace in Tauranga and we’re absolutely loving it down here and hold no regrets what so ever. I really wanted to say a big thanks to you for providing the fantastic guidance and advice you offered us while we owned our Auckland property and had a mortgage. You were always on the money with fix vs float and I always enjoyed catching up with you on a personal note too.

So anyway, a big thanks from Kate and myself for your help. We’re now sitting pretty on a freehold lifestyle block just on the outskirts of Tauranga and have enjoyed watching the property market down here go upwards as well. We feel like we certainly made the right decision to move when we did.
